Choice of Law and Territorial Jurisdiction These Terms of Service and your use of the Service shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, excluding (i) principles of conflict of laws, (ii) the Convention of the United Nations on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, (iii) the 1974 Convention on the Limitation Period for the International Sale of Goods, and (iv) the Protocol that amends the 1974 Convention, made in Vienna on April 11, 1980. Survival. The paragraphs of these Terms of Service titled "Indemnification", "Limitation of Liability", "Choice of Law and Jurisdiction", "Charges and Billing", "Company Rights to Materials You Post", "Resources" and "Waivers" will survive termination.
Definitions. “Affiliates” means the Company and its direct and indirect head offices, agents, employees, licensors, distributors, business partners, suppliers and affiliates (and each of the respective executives, directors, employees and agents of the foregoing entities).
"Weblia Account" means a user account registered on the Service.
“Weblia.org Content” means the music, images, text and other materials that you may obtain or digitally access from the Service, the content of which is owned by the Company or third party licensors.
“Registration Information” means the information that you provide to the company or the Service when you register for a weblia.org account and during the setup process you go through to use the Service (including a unique member name (user ), a password and your valid email address).
